Niagara Quarry Mineral Specimens, (Near Buffalo, New York)

Fluorite, sphalerite and dolomite crystals are some of the mineral specimens found at the Niagara Quarry near Buffalo, New York.       

These are sphalerite and fluorite specimens from an active quarry which occasionally opens to club field trips.  Mineral specimens from this quarry are uncommon and attractive.
