Niagara Quarry Mineral Specimens, (Near Buffalo, New York)

These are sphalerite and fluorite specimens from an active quarry which occasionally opens to club field trips.  Mineral specimens from this quarry are uncommon and attractive.

OKB-311 Fluorite Niagara Quarry, Near Buffalo, New York. Numerous tiny (only several millimeters), purple crystals on matrix. 8$

OKB-313 Sphalerite Niagara Quarry, Near Buffalo, New York. A group of red/ orange, intergrown, translucent, crystals on matrix. 2 cm cluster has some damage. 12$
