OKF-371 Calcite Shippensburg Quarry, Southhampton, Cumberland Co., PA. These fine gemmy calcites are up to 2.6 cm each in length, twinned, double terminated and complex in form. The piece measures 5.3 x 4.5 x 3.3 cm and shows only minor damage and contacts to two crystals on the parameter of the specimen. It is a very displayable cluster. $40

OKF-072 Sphalerite on Dolomite and Calcite RESERVED Lincoln Quarry, Thomasville, York Co., PA. Ex. Dr. Steven Chamberlain collection. Here is a very fine and unusual specimen collected by Bryon Brookmyer in 1991. A cluster of light green, highly translucent sphalerite crystal sits up high on a matrix of pink calcites and white dolomites. The sphalerite is exceptional in all regards and measures 1.8 cm across. There is one large dolomite grouping which forms a beautiful curve below the sphalerite. One small piece of sphalerite is missing otherwise a damage free piece. It is glued into a Perky box. 2.6 x 2.4 x 1.5 cm overall. Showy. 270$

Nice large showy specimen with white analcimes to 1 cm and tabular, clear apophyllites to about 1.5 cm. Natrolite needles all over the place. Some mineralization on back of specimen too. There is a fine .7 cm octahedral pyrite partially embedded in magnetite and pyrite matrix. Great form and good luster to this crystal. A light coating of green malachite on one part of the matrix. Most crystals are clear and schalenohedral.
