OKP-406     Copper     Houghton, Michigan.  Ex. John Davis collection.  This specimen measures 2.7 x 1.8 x 1.2 cm and is dominated by a single, doubly-terminated copper crystal.  No damage or contacts form other crystals.  Nice patina and form.  It can be tough to find good thumbnail sized examples of this material of this quality.  Minor mineral tac on back.  $240

OKP-407     Copper and Silver (Half-breed)      Houghton, Michigan.  Ex. John Davis collection.  This piece is a crude mix of crystals and massive material that measures 3.5 x 2.7 x 1.6 cm.  The white is massive calcite.  $50

John Davis collection.  There are no specifics on the locality bu this is still a fine miniature from a desirable region.  It measures 5 x 4.5 x 4 cm and has sharp, lustrous manganites on gray galenas.  This is a floater with no contacts or damage.  $350

OKP-410    Silver and Copper    Keweenaw, Michigan.  Ex. John Davis collection.  The piece seen here is composed of crude crystals (they are definitely crystals) with quartz/ calcite fillings.  The piece measures 3.2 x 2.2 x 1.5 cm.  No damage, nice patina, interesting piece.  $150

OKP-413    Smithsonite     Chihuahua, Mexico.  Ex. Harold L. Dibble collection.  This specimen is a multi-layered plate of smithsonite with the final layer being an attractive light purple (contrary to the image color).  The piece measures 9.3 x 7.2 x 3 cm.  No damage.  $90

OKO-980      Sphalerite and Magnetite    Zinc Corporation of America Mine, West Pierrepont, St. Lawrence County, New York.  Collected by Chuck Bowman.  This this 6.8 x 5.5 x 2 cm plate of crystals is a fine, damage free example of the material from this now closed location.  The sphalerites are bright yellow and gem throughout, although small in size.  They stand out in nice contrast on the black magnetite crystals.  No damage.  $65

OKO-981      Sphalerite and Magnetite    Zinc Corporation of America Mine, West Pierrepont, St. Lawrence County, New York.  Collected by Chuck Bowman.  This this 7.5 x 7.2 x 2.4 cm plate of crystals is a fine, damage free example of the material from this now closed location.  The sphalerites are bright yellow with some being gem throughout.  Many of the sphalerites are morphed in form. They stand out in nice contrast on the black magnetite crystals.  No damage.  $95

Dibble collection.  This naturally weathered out plate of schist has twinned and untwinned crystals of staurolite to over 2 cm each.  Two of the twins, in the classic "cross" form, are especially nice.  The piece measures 11.5 x 8 x 3 cm.  No damage.   $100

OKP-415      Manganite on Manganocalcite     Wessel Mine, Kuruman, Cape Province, South Africa.  Ex. Harold L. Dibble collection.  These crystals appear to be incomplete, which they are, but I believe all the surfaces are healed any place part of the crystal is missing.  The manganite forms a black druse on the medium pink manganocalcite crystals.  The piece measures 3.9 x 3.5 x 2.7 cm.  An attractive and desirable example of this material.  $85

OKP-416    Herkimer Diamond      Benchmark Quarry, St. Johnsville, New York.  Two, relatively large intergrown crystals with dolostone matrix.  The piece measures 8 x 7 x 2.6 cm.  Chipping on back and one crystal's termination.  $50

OKP-417    Herkimer Diamond      Benchmark Quarry, St. Johnsville, New York.  This one is a skeletal crystal with large hollow areas extending all the way to the center of the piece.  It measures 5.1 x 3.1 x 3 cm.  One termination has a tiny chip and one skeletal area minor break.  Overall the piece is in excellent condition and these issues are difficult to notice.  $125
