Herkimer Diamond Cluster Mineral Specimens
Herkimer diamonds can form quite dramatic mineral specimens when they are together in interlocking or parallel growth clusters. Due to natural factors such as tectonic activity these cluster seldom come out of the pocket still attached to one another as a group. These clusters are generally reassembled even though it seldom will say so on the piece. We will try to be clear as to which groups are reassembled and which are natural groups that were not reassembled (these are quite rare).
